DESCRIPTION:With a background in business\, entrepreneurship and marketing\, Tammy obtained her Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan\, along with a Business Councilors Certificate through Acadia Centre for Business and Social Entrepreneurship (ACSBE)\, at Acadia University\, in Wolfville\, Nova Scotia. \n\n\n\nIn August of 2012 Tammy joined Ronald McDonald House Charities Saskatchewan as the CEO after having owned and operated an event planning company\, RSVP Event Design for 12 years. She began work at Ronald McDonald House Charities Saskatchewan at the start of a $12M Capital Campaign to expand the original Saskatoon House to a 34-room facility.\n\n\n\nSince the day Tammy started her career at RMHC SK\, she has been driven by the mission of putting Saskatchewan families first\, in alignment to her core values and speaking to her deep Saskatchewan roots. At Ronald McDonald House families are kept close during critical times. With the 2014 expansion\, the 2016 Family Room program opening in Prince Albert\, and the future build of Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan - Prince Albert home\, giving more Saskatchewan families support each and every day.\n\n\n\nOne a personal note Tammy is married to Cam Forrester who is a retired Golf Club manger now Artist\, and they have two adult children\, Kenna and Graham and two in-law children Micheal and Robyn. Tammy enjoys the outdoors where she loves camping\, biking\, and hiking. She enjoys swimming\, golfing and playing volleyball. Mostly though\, she adores spending time with family and friends and is energized by the people that is surrounded by.
