DESCRIPTION:Chief Jonathan Bergen\n\nPrince Albert Police Service\n\n\n\nChief Bergen is a 23-year member of the Prince Albert Police Service and throughout his career he has had opportunity to experience a vast array of responsibilities and assignments. Of note\, he played an instrumental part in the professionalization of the use of force structure with respect to training and oversight for the PA Police Service and was the lead instructor for 9 years. He was also a part of the reformation of the use of force oversight committee during major changes to policy and reporting for the service.\n\nHe has done extensive work with the K-9 services division\, serving from 2002-2009 and was established as an expert with respect to police dogs by the Court of Queen's Bench and provincial courts in Saskatchewan.
