Despite this great relief\, the spring does reveal the unsightliness of garbage and litter that collects during the winter.\n\nEach year\, the City of Prince Albert and several community partners coordinate Pitch-in week to encourage businesses\, individuals and groups to pick up litter left behind after the snow melts.\n\nThe dates of Pitch-in week are different every year and depend on the timing of the snow melt. Typically\, the dates are in April or May.
