DESCRIPTION:The City of Prince Albert hosts an annual auction in the spring each year. All used\, obsolete or surplus items owned by the City and no longer of use by the various departments are up for sale. Items vary each year but often include computers\, monitors\, miscellaneous computer parts\, half-ton trucks\, bicycles\, office equipment and stores surplus parts and equipment like chain saws or jack hammers. The sale is typically held sometime in April or May. Dates are announced to the media and through local advertising in advance of the auction.\n\n \n\n2017 Spring Auction\n\nThe 2016 Spring Auction will be held on Saturday\, May 13\, 2017. Viewing begins at 8:00 a.m. and auction sale starts at 9:30 a.m. Auction will be held at the Old City Yards located at 650 10th Street east.
