Girardi Foundation, in conjunction with Harley’s House, plan accessible Community Garden for residents of Prince Albert

Girardi Foundation Inc. (a registered non-profit) and Harley’s House Inc.,  have set out on a joint mission to develop an accessible Community Garden. Plans are moving forward to secure necessary permits and sponsorship funding for this multi-use area.

The garden will be a meeting place and a place to relax, as well as have practical applications. There will be a four season greenhouse onsite that will supply food for Harley’s House, homeless shelter, food bank and families in need.

The garden also offers the opportunity to teach the Harley’s House residents about growing a garden. The garden is also a conversation starting point to create certainty + relationships
with our neighbors and community about the future plans for Harley's House and it's benefits to the residents and surrounding community.

The garden will be located at  at 1334 13th Street West, Prince Albert, SK.

Fundraising for both the garden and Harley’s House are underway. Sponsorship packages available and each   donation will be recognized within the garden.
