Join us October 7, 2015 for this one-day conference that will include a keynote address by Mr. Murray Totland, City Manager for the City of Saskatoon. Mr. Totland will talk about the Saskatoon's experiences with local infrastructure development. Dr. Gordon Sparks will discuss his work on the economics of a second river crossing in this region. The day will conclude with a panel discussion moderated by Mr. Steve McLellan CEO of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce and include the CEO of SaskBuilds Mr. Rupen Pandya. Steve will also be the Master of ceremonies for the day and present on the Chambers' position as it relates to P3 developments.
