2019 Community Economic Development Forum
This year's Community Economic Development Forum features keynote, Cherylynn Walters who will guide participants in a "strategic doing" session.
Strategic Doing is the step by step porcess that allows people to implement the action steps of a priority in 30, 60, and 90 day cycles and identify the person or people who will complete that action. It ensures that each priority is broken down into small doable steps so that progress can continue to be made towards the completion of the priority. In this session we will be focusing on one priority for Prince Albert and one priority for the region.
Cherylynn has three degrees from the University of Saskatchewan including an MBA. She is a community coach and facilitator for Saskatchean Economic Development Association.
Attendees are asked to identify what they feel are priorities for Economic Development for the City of Prince Albert and the surrounding region. This session will be interactive with attendees being asked for their input.
This forum is a joint partnership initiative by The Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce, The City of Prince Albert, and the Prince Albert Downtown BID.
