    Here is your opportunity to support this worthy organization and have an awesome day of golf and fellowship.

        Location: Cooke Municipal Golf Course
        Date: July 5, 2013 / Friday
        Time: 10am - 5pm
            Putting Tournament (optional): 10am - Noon
            Golf Tournament Tee off time: 12:30pm
        Registration fee: $150 / person
            Includes: green fees, cart rental, banquet (July 4 / Thursday), golf shirt, $75.00 tax deductable receipt.
           
         Hole-in-One Prizes: Ford Focus Car, Legend Boat package and Kioti Tractor
