Electric Vehicles & Fast Charging Stations-SaskPower
SaskPower is looking to meet with stakeholders throughout the province to discuss electric vehicles (EVs) and public fast charging stations. Recognizing that it has a sizable role to play as the number of electric vehicles in the province continues to rise, SaskPower would like to gain a better understanding of what stakeholders are considering with respect to EVs and what they believe SaskPower’s role should be to support the development of this technology in the province with a focus on the following topics:
- development of public fast charging stations serving the
province’s highways and key travel corridors
- incorporating electric vehicles in to work fleets
- providing charging for employees who drive EVs
Speakers will be Pat Parrot, SaskPower Customer Programs and James Fick, Engineer responsible for the development of SaskPower’s electric vehicle strategy.
A WEBEX link will be sent out to registered attendees the morning of the event.
