Attracting and retaining talent in today's economy is a critical component of any company's success. In order to attract and retain talent, a company needs to be creative in how they remunerate their employees, which may include certain taxable and non-taxable fringe benefits. In addition to fringe benefits, corporations need to determine their key success factors and then provide incentives to employees to achieve these successes such that everyone is working towards a common goal. A company that has successfully structured their compensation model to make their employees feel engaged and with the opportunity for advancement will be more successful in retaining top talent.
