This workshop is open to anyone wanting to learn more about Employment Standards.  This presentation will provide an overview of Part II - Employment Standards in the Saskatchewan Employment Act (SEA).

Topics will include:  Report for Duty Pay, Work Schedules, Public Holidays, Overtime Pay, Public Holiday and Premium Pay, Vacation Entitlements, Modified Work Arrangements and Averaging Hours Permits, Mandatory Leaves, Sickness and Injury Protection, Lay-off and Termination and the Complaint Process.
