Doug Lawrence, President and Founder of TalentC® - People Services Inc. will take us on a journey to help us understand what tools we need in our tool box to be an effective leader and/or to hire an effective leader. We will look at transformational and servant leadership styles and determine if these are potential solutions to our leadership challenges. We will explore how mentoring is a key component of any leadership style going forward and why that is.
