PA Radio Control Club Annual Fun Fly
The Prince Albert Radio Control Club is hosting its Annual Fun Fly July 11th & 12th.
For all the details on the event click on the attached poster.
A little history on the club: we were originally named the Prince Albert Aero Modelers (PAAM), but a couple of years ago we had a name change. We thought a more suiting name would be the Prince Albert Radio Control Club (PARCC) as we wanted to embrace all aspects of the radio control hobby.
Along with the name change we built a dirt race track for the RC trucks/cars to run on out at our airfield. We promote, encourage, and support the RC hobby for fixed wing aircraft, helicopters, quad/hex copters, and gliders. As well as various types of RC ground vehicles too.
The club was officially registered as a non profit community organization in 1983.
Our airfield was built out on Buckland Road and it has been the home of the club ever since.
