After eight long months of anticipation, Sheldon Bergstrom & Friends return to the E.A. Rawlinson Centre for the Arts on Saturday February 6th with an all-new music and comedy extravaganza entitled The Ed Sullivan Experience!
The Ed Sullivan Show is T.V.'s longest running variety show. It ran for an amazing 23 years from 1948 - 1971.
On February 6th at 7:30PM, Prince Albert brings it back "on the air" for one night only to pay tribute to the iconic host and show.
With appearances from such celebrities as Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison, Tina Turner, Peggy Lee, Aretha Franklin, Tom Jones, Mick Jagger, Janis Joplin, Abbott & Costello, Elvis and The Beatles to name a few, The Ed Sullivan Experience is going to be an evening of epic proportions!
Join Sheldon and his friends Kieran Martin Murphy, Kevin Dabbs, Gerrad Everard, Stephanie Pitsiladis, Tara Jackson & Dave Monette as they bring you some of music's greatest stars. The Jazz Guise will be the backing band for the evening and include Mike Langlois, Dean Dynna, Darcy Sander and Dennis Adams. Back up vocals by Tim Toutant and Nancy Hagen Olsen.
Proceeds from this event go to the Victoria Hospital Foundation.
