Site Superintendent

RNF Ventures Ltd., located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, is a locally owned, open shop
General Contracting and Construction Management firm with over 30 years of steady growth

marketplace. We presently have openings for Site Superintendents for various sized projects.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals able to plan, coordinate and manage
all phases of projects assigned to them:
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Coordination of overall job site to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of projects.
 Implementation and reporting on Company Health and Safety Program with the
Company Health and Safety Officer.
 Report to, and work with Project Manager on the following on site activities:
o Overall site management
o Develop and maintain construction schedule.
o Maintain construction budget.
o Quality control.
o Maintain legislative requirements for all on site personnel.
o Manage labor requirements and allocation.
o Sub-trade coordination.
o On site purchasing and cost control.
o Liaison with Owners and Consultants.
o Project start up and closeout requirements.
o Timely submittal of all required documentation for office use.
The successful respondents will possess the following skills and abilities:
 Supervise projects with limited office support.
 Communicate effectively with RNF field staff and office personnel.
 Effectively represent RNF Ventures when dealing with Owners and Consultants.
 Experience with Microsoft programs is an asset, but not a requirement.
 Good comprehension of O H & S legislation and regulations.
 Pre-engineered building experience is an asset.
