Marketing Coordinator - RFNOW Inc.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote RFNOW’s products and services. From social media to local events, you’ll help create and manage campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This remote role blends creative content work, campaign execution, and hands-on support for sales and community outreach.

- Coordinate marketing collateral requests for all sales and marketing channels
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, community events, and customer appreciation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Manage promotional inventory including monthly reconciliation
- Maintain marketing calendars for events, advertising, and Go-To-Market strategies
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiar with digital marketing tools - Meta Business Suite, Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with local, grassroots marketing initiatives in rural Saskatchewan
- 1-2 years experience in a coordinator role
- Diploma in marketing, communications or related field or related experience
- Copywriting experience is an asset
- Ideally located in Northern Saskatchewan/Saskatoon area, this is a remote role ( only for Canadian residents), with some in office or in-community time and travel, required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
