-Roasted Cedar Wood wrapped Pickerel. Asparagus, carrots, lemon.

-Baked Mushroom Phyllo Triangles. Cream cheese, mushroom, dill filling wrap in phyllo.
2nd Course (choice of 1)
-Butternut Squash Soup garnished with roasted squash seeds, Herb rye croutons.
Or
-Haskap Berry Vinaigrette Sweet Heart Salad. Greens, strawberries, cucumbers, pineapple, pecans, goat cheese.
3rd Course ( choice of 1)
-6oz beef tenderloin in a pastry nest, SK Whiskey Rosemary Mustard sauce, topped with crisp leeks. Side smoked cheddar potato cup, chef veg.
Or
Bourbon Chicken Supreme on a bed of jasmine/wild rice, chef veg.
4th Course (Dessert for 2)
